Prepare the Lysate: Begin by adding the buffer to the Specimen Collection Tube along with Catalyst Powder. Shake the tube thoroughly to create the lysate.

Mix Hair Sample with Lysate: Insert the hair sample into the prepared lysate and securely tighten the cap onto the Specimen Collection Tube. Shake vigorously to ensure a thorough mix between the specimen and lysate. Allow the tube to sit undisturbed for 5 minutes.

Prepare the Test Cassette: Remove the test cassette from its sealed pouch, ensuring it is used within one hour. Position the test cassette on a clean, level surface.

Transfer Specimen to Test Cassette: Take off the clear cap from the Specimen Collection Tube and transfer 3 full drops of the lysate (approximately 120 mL) to the specimen well (S) of the test cassette. Start the timer, and avoid trapping air bubbles in the specimen well (S). For multi-panel tests, add 3 drops of lysate to each specimen well.

Read Results: Wait for colored lines to appear, and read the results within 5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 10 minutes.
