We are based in Cork and Dublin, Ireland. All orders ship from Ireland in discreet, unmarked packaging, with recycled materials used wherever possible.

• Parcels are handed to Royal Mail or a partner courier in the UK for final delivery

Europe (Outside Ireland)
• All European orders (outside Ireland) are shipped with An Post
• Parcels travel with An Post in Ireland, then are handed to your national postal carrier on arrival
• The same tracking number can often be used on both the An Post website and your national postal service website
• Tracking behaviour can vary slightly from country to country
• First scan delays of 24–48 hours are normal while parcels move between international hubs
Worldwide (Outside UK & Europe)
• Tracked services available to many destinations worldwide
• Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout when you select your country
• Local customs and import charges may apply and are the customer’s responsibility
Dispatch Schedule
• An Post dispatch cut-off: 10am, Monday to Friday
• UPS dispatch cut-off: 12 noon, Monday to Friday
• No dispatch on Irish bank holidays or other national holidays
• If we cannot meet the usual dispatch schedule for any reason, we will notify you by email
Delays & Late Deliveries
• Most parcels arrive within the stated timeframes, but courier delays can occur due to volume, weather, routing or customs inspection
• All delivery times shown are estimates provided by the couriers and may vary
• As delays are outside our control, delivery fees are not refundable in the event of a late delivery
• We guarantee delivery of your order, but not delivery by a specific date
European Delivery – Important Notice
All European deliveries outside Ireland are shipped using An Post. Once your parcel leaves Ireland:
• It is handed to your national postal service for final delivery
• Tracking may show events on both the An Post system and your local postal system
• In many countries, the same tracking number can be used on your national postal website
• First scan delays of 24–48 hours are normal while parcels move between international hubs and sorting centres
Tracking for European Customers
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

• In many European countries, you can also track the parcel on your national postal carrier’s website using the same tracking number
• It is normal for the first scan to appear after 24–48 hours while the parcel is moving between hubs
Failed, Missed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier will normally leave a calling card or issue a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection.
An Post parcels may be held at your local depot for collection for a limited time. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by An Post.
If a parcel is not collected from the An Post depot, is repeatedly missed, or is refused at the door, it will automatically be returned to us by the courier.
UPS deliveries that are not successfully completed after the permitted delivery attempts will also be returned to us.
Once the parcel is returned to our warehouse, you will be entitled to a refund for the goods. However, any return shipping charges imposed on us by the courier will be deducted from the refund amount. This includes costs incurred due to missed delivery, failure to collect, incorrect address details, or refusal of delivery.
Please note that original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely and responding promptly to courier notifications to avoid unnecessary delays and charges.
Lost Parcels & Investigations
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please first check:
– With neighbours
– With household members
– Around any usual safe places at your property
• If it still cannot be located, contact us and we will open an investigation with the relevant courier (An Post, UPS or their local delivery partner).
• Courier investigations for all services and destinations can take up to 20 working days before a parcel is officially classed as lost.
• Once the courier confirms that the parcel is lost, we will either:
– Send a replacement at no cost to you, or
– Provide a full refund, including your original shipping fee.
Chasing Up Orders (Ireland, UK & Europe)
When your parcel is in transit, please contact the courier directly for status updates, delivery arrangements or redelivery.

We step in when:
• Tracking says “delivered” but the parcel is missing, or
• The courier confirms that the parcel is lost.
General Terms & Conditions
• All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
• Delivery fees are not refundable for courier delays
• Delivery fees are refunded only when a parcel is officially confirmed lost by the courier
• Once dispatched, parcels are in the care of the courier until delivered
• Delivery may be made to your address, a neighbour or a safe place, depending on local practice
• Lost-parcel investigations by the courier can take up to 20 working days before a parcel is confirmed as lost
• Orders not received must be reported within 30 days of purchase
