The Underactive TSH Test Cassette is a qualitative immunoassay designed for detecting Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH) in whole blood, serum, or plasma.
Product Description and Technical Data
This test uses anti-TSH antibodies immobilized in the test line region, coated particles, and the specimen to detect TSH levels. After adding the specimen to the device, it reacts with anti-TSH antibody-coated particles, migrating chromatographically along the test line. Positive results will show a colored line in the test line region. The absence of this line indicates a negative result. A control line will always appear, ensuring proper specimen volume and membrane wicking.
